How to prepare
Children in class 1 learn best by talking, so read each question aloud and let the child answer before showing the options. Connect every answer to something real: point to the nose when asking about smell, show a calendar for days and months, and look at the national flag or a picture of a peacock together.
Do one section a day instead of all 50 questions at once. Repeat the same section after two or three days, and praise correct answers so the child stays interested. You can copy questions into a notebook to make a simple GK worksheet for class 1, leaving the options for the child to circle.
Study tips
- Ask five to ten questions a day so the child does not feel tired.
- Use pictures, toys and objects at home to explain answers.
- Revise old questions once a week so the child remembers them.
